Gateway Learning Center

About Us

Gateway Learning Center is a licensed early education program that is owned and operated by Experience Gateway to serve the childcare needs in our community.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality care and early educational experiences for children through a safe and nurturing environment instilling biblical values that will solidify a foundation to sustain them throughout the years to come.

Our Statement of Faith

Salvation is given by faith through our Lord and Savior.

"That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

“For by Grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves it is the gift of God.”

The Bible is God's Word to us and reveals His will for us.

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart.”

The Bible is full of instruction for us to grow and become the children God created us to be. We train the children according to the morals and values outlined for us in His Word.

Classes

We have an awesome team ready for kids of every age!

Our infants class is a time of love and connection with your child as they begin to experience life.

Along with times of interaction and joy, we also make sure there are opportunities to take in some fresh air and other small children as they develop.

Our 2's Classes help your child learn words and phrases, and can say at least two words together. They can also point to things in a book and name items in the book.

Children will hone in on their potty training and mobility skills with their time with our teachers.

Our 2's in this class will also learn how to interact with other children and better develop their social skills.

Our 3’s Class will teach language expansion and social skills. Routines, self-help, and following directions will continue to be focused on, as well large and small group’s activity times.

Children will have one on one teaching time opportunities in this class daily to enable focus on individual learning.

Our 3’s will continue to build upon and learn number, letter, and shape recognition skills. Toileting skills are also a focus in this classroom as needed.

Pre-K Class is designed to build a solid foundation for successful entry into Kindergarten.

We focus on school readiness skills including: literacy, letter sounds, and letter formation, numbers, shapes, and counting.

STEM activities are consistently used and children engage through small/large group experiences as well as center play that offer’s art experiences, manipulative, dramatic, science and sensory activities, as well as children’s literature.
