Experience Health is a support group that offers weekly accountability, health tips, trainings, and various fitness classes. The mission is to rebuild our temple, by taking a holistic approach to wellness for MIND, BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT, while offering a community for accountability.
Our Motto: "God created it. Jesus died for it. The Holy Spirit lives in it, and it's my responsibility to TAKE CARE OF IT!"
